Account details you give us (email address), profile and plan preferences (goal, level, session length, focus areas), and activity you log in the app such as workouts, water intake, meals and measurements.
Your preferences and logs are kept on your device. Account credentials and any synced data are stored securely in our managed backend.
To create and adapt your training plan, calculate calorie and macro targets, show progress and achievements, and to send the emails you ask for (sign-in, password reset, reminders).
When you use FIT AI or the food scanner, your prompt or food photo is sent to our AI provider to generate a result. It is used to answer that request and is not used to advertise to you.
We do not sell your personal data. We share only with the service providers needed to run FitHer (hosting, database, email delivery, AI processing), and where required by law.
You can edit your profile and preferences at any time, reset local app data from Settings, and permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your login and associated account records.
We use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. Embedded video is loaded through a privacy-enhanced player.
